Clarity Property Care is the Osborne family. We clean windows, clear gutters, wash stonework and look after solar panels on period and high-end homes across Hampstead, Highgate, Muswell Hill and the rest of north and west London. Nothing is subcontracted and nobody you have not met turns up at your door.

Family run

The family behind Clarity Property Care.

Candece is usually the first person you speak to, by phone or by text. She books the work in, sorts out timings and works around whatever the week throws at you. If something needs changing or you have a question about a visit, she is the one to ask.

Patrick is the one at your door. Inside, outside, or both. He has worked on every part of property cleaning and maintenance, so if there is something else you need looking at while he is there, ask him. He can usually either do it or point you at the person who can.

Bradley and Reuben come along on the large jobs and in the busy weeks. Both run cleaning businesses of their own, which is exactly why they are useful to have on a big clean.

That is the whole company. It is small on purpose, because the thing customers tell us they want most is knowing who is coming and when. Discreet, professional, and the same people on the same streets week after week.

Properly, or not at all

Frames, sills and leading get cleaned along with the glass. It takes longer and it is the reason the clean still looks like a clean a month later.

Careful with old buildings

Pure water from the ground, so nothing rests against brick, render or stucco. On a period or listed property that is not a detail, it is the job.

Eco-friendly products

Pure water needs no detergent at all, and where a product is needed we use one that will not harm your planting or your pets.

You know when we are coming

A message before every visit. Nobody waits in all day, and nobody comes home to a job they did not know was happening.

Discreet in the house

Shoes off, everything covered, furniture moved and put back. A lot of our work is inside people's homes while they are living in them.

Put right, or refunded

If you are unhappy with anything, tell one of us first and we will fix it as fast as we can. If we cannot, we refund it in part or in full.
