Terms and conditions

Last updated: 22 September 2026

These terms explain how Clarity Property Care Ltd supplies window cleaning and property care services. Please read them before accepting a quote or booking work. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

01

About us

These terms apply to services supplied by CLARITY PROPERTY CARE LTD, trading as Clarity Property Care Ltd. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17198203. Our registered address is Suite G4, St James House, 27-43 Eastern Road, Romford, RM1 3NH.

You can contact us at claritypropertycare@gmail.com or 07700 100423.

02

Quotes and bookings

Any initial estimate is based on the information available at the time. A binding price will be confirmed before work starts wherever reasonably possible. A booking is accepted when we confirm it by phone, email, message or in writing.

If inspection reveals additional work, parts or safety issues, we will explain them and seek your approval before continuing, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to make the property safe.

03

Access and customer responsibilities

  • Provide safe, reasonable access to the property and relevant utilities.
  • Tell us about known hazards, asbestos, fragile surfaces or access restrictions.
  • Ensure an authorised adult is present unless another arrangement is agreed.
  • Confirm that you own the property or have authority to instruct the work.

04

Prices and payment

Prices will state whether VAT, call-out charges, labour and materials are included. Payment is due at the time stated on the quote or invoice. We may ask for a deposit for materials or larger projects.

If payment is overdue, we may pause further work and recover reasonable costs permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

05

Changes and cancellations

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. We may charge reasonable costs already incurred, including specially ordered materials or a missed appointment where access was not available.

For contracts made at a distance or away from our premises, you may have a legal cancellation right. If you ask us to begin urgent work during that period, you may need to pay for work completed before cancellation.

06

Work standards and guarantees

We will perform services with reasonable care and skill and use suitable materials. Any specific workmanship guarantee will be stated on your quote or invoice. Manufacturer warranties remain subject to their own terms.

Guarantees do not cover misuse, accidental damage, unrelated faults, pre-existing defects or work altered by another person.

07

Problems and complaints

Please contact any of us promptly if you believe something is wrong, so we have a reasonable opportunity to inspect and put it right. Call 07700 100423 or email claritypropertycare@gmail.com with your name, address, job date and a description of the issue.

We will do our best to put any issue right as quickly as we can. Where we cannot put it right in reasonable time, we will offer a partial or full refund for the affected work. This does not affect your statutory rights.

08

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, delays outside our reasonable control, or damage arising from concealed or pre-existing defects that could not reasonably have been identified.

Our liability for any job is limited to the cost of the service or equipment involved. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, except where the law does not allow us to limit this.

09

General

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.
